Common Questions
Is listing really free?
Yes. A free listing is permanent, not a trial — your profile stays live whether or not you ever pay. Free listings are alerted to every matching enquiry at the same moment as paying listings; what a paid plan buys is the contact details behind them.
What is an unlock?
An unlock reveals the full contact details — name, email and phone — of one enquiry. Plans come with a monthly allowance of unlocks: Basic RM 99/mo for 5, Premium RM 199/mo for 12, Pro RM 299/mo for 20. You choose which enquiries are worth unlocking; you never spend an unlock automatically.
What happens if I run out of unlocks?
You can buy extra unlocks at RM 25 each at any time, or move up a tier — which is cheaper per unlock than topping up, so regular overflow should become an upgrade. Above 20 a month we arrange a custom plan directly.
What if I do not use all my unlocks?
They roll over to the following month, so a quiet month is not money burnt. Rollover is capped at twice your monthly allowance.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Your allowance is a cap on what you can unlock, not a promise of volume. We would rather sell you a smaller plan you exhaust than a large one you do not.
How does the free trial work?
Claiming a software listing starts a 30-day trial with no card required. If you do not subscribe, the listing reverts to Free — it is never removed.
Can I change plan or cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no minimum commitment. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancel from your dashboard and your listing reverts to Free at the end of the billing period.
Does paying improve my rating or review score?
No, and this is the line we will not cross. Paid placement affects where you appear, never how we rate you. Our comparisons and feature evaluations are based on publicly available information and stay editorially independent.
Do you take a commission on deals?
No. Plans are a flat monthly fee. We do not take a percentage of business you win through the directory, and we do not resell your leads to anyone else.
