How we make money

EInvoicingMalaysia is a free directory and comparison resource for businesses choosing LHDN MyInvois compliant e-invoicing software in Malaysia. To keep this resource free, we earn revenue in three ways:

  1. Affiliate commissions.Some links to vendor websites on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for that vendor's software, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Vendors pay us a percentage of your subscription, typically 15–30% in the first year.
  2. Sponsored listings.Vendors can pay to have their listing placed in "Featured" or "Premium" positions across the site. Sponsored listings are clearly marked. They do not change the underlying review or comparison information — paying for placement does not guarantee a positive review or higher ranking in our independent comparisons.
  3. Lead generation. When you complete our readiness calculator and consent to vendor contact, we may share your details with relevant vendors. You always have the option to opt out.

Editorial independence

Our comparisons, ratings, and recommendations are based on publicly available information about each vendor's features, pricing, and LHDN compliance. We aim to provide accurate, helpful information regardless of whether a vendor pays us or not. Vendors that pay for sponsored placement do not get to edit their reviews or feature comparisons.

We do not accept payment to remove negative information or to artificially inflate ratings. If we make a factual error about any vendor, we will correct it on request — paid or unpaid.

This disclosure is provided in line with US Federal Trade Commission guidelines, the Malaysian Code of Advertising Practice, and the spirit of transparent advertising disclosure under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
